Mum’s simple 3-ingredient Woolworths Camembert Cob Loaf recipe goes viral

A chance bargain find at one Aussie mum’s local Woolworths store has turned into an epic recipe that’s taken Australia by storm.

Mum-of-two Valerie shared her amazing Baked Camembert Cob Loaf recipe on the Markdown Addicts Australia page, revealing that she was inspired to whip up the epic snack after spotting a mini cob loaf on sale at Woolies.

She writes: ‘My local Woolworths rarely have any clearance markdowns! But I found this mini cob loaf and grabbed the cheapest camembert I could find which wasn’t on spesh but it was only $4.’Valerie adds: ‘I didn’t even know our woolies stocked cob loaves and then I saw the little one all by it’s lonesome and on clearance so I thought why not 🤣’

I popped crushed garlic and pepper on the cheese, cut slits into it and buttered the cob and drizzled olive oil all over. Bake for 15min at 200c.‘Definitely worth making as a starter or snack. So easy.I did over bake mine due to mama brain with 2 kids under 2 but it made no difference other than the cob was extra crunchy.‘My 9mo and 1yo loved it!Feeds 2-4 people.$5.68 treat.’
