Taking to Instagram, Jesinta uploaded a video of the dish in the making, and it involved just a few easy steps and ingredients.
“@upliftedcollective Postpartum Phở. This is one of my favourite dishes, it’s so warming and full of nourishment,” Jesinta said.
“It was actually one of my constant cravings in pregnancy,” she added.
Jesinta explained that the dish was made with 36 hour slow cooked chicken broth, fresh herbs and spices all sourced from local organic farmers markets.The meal was created for Jesinta by Addison Landry, the founder of Uplifted Collected, who is an Australian postpartum doula, energetic nutritionist and chef.”What I love about @upliftedcollective version is that it is super clean and soooo good for you!” Jesinta said.Since uploading the video, friends and followers of the model have taken to share their eagerness to try the recipe themselves.”That’s impressive!” one comment read.”Oh I’m making this,” said another user.”Yes, recipe please,” a third wrote.Another added: “That looks amazing!!”This isn’t the first postpartum recovery meal Jesinta has shared, where just recently she stunned fans with a Laksa dish that included golden snapper, kelp noodles, fresh herbs and fresh lime.”I can’t tell you how good this was !!! #postpartum,” she said of the dish.She also showed off her skills in the kitchen when she baked her one-year-old daughter’s unicorn birthday cake earlier this year.
