As a resident hunk on daytime soap The Young and The Restless, actor Corey Sligh was until recently eye candy to millions of fans. But his reputation is now in tatters after deeply disturbing allegations of child molestation emerged today – threatening to put him behind bars for a very long time.
According to police reports, Sligh was arrested and spent five hours in prison, released later with a bond of $22,000, following allegations he molested a young girl. According to reports today, the child is under the age of 10, with the incidents occurring between April and September of this year.
This comes after Sligh was brutally attacked on Thanksgiving, by two men who allegedly assaulted him in West Hollywood car park.
He received multiple injuries in the incident, including a broken arm – and posted Instagrams of the damage as he recuperated in hospital.
The investigation into his current trouble is ongoing.
