Despite six-weeks of PDA overload, Bachelor stars Richie Strahan and Alex Nation appear to have a little issue…in the form of Alex’s five-year-old son, Elijah.
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, Richie explained that he is still ‘working on’ a meeting between him and Elijah – and the loved-up couple have no immediate plans to move in together.
‘We want to do it in the right way in our own time so it is something that we are working on,’ the rope access technician explained.
‘I haven’t met him (in person) as of yet. It is difficult in that Alex spent time with me in Perth straight after the show, which was fantastic and from that she has been back in Melbourne and I’ve had other engagements as well so it has been really hard for us all to get together and say g’day’.
However Alex does assure fans of the the reality TV couple – who were spotted looking as loved-up as ever at Derby Day on Saturday – that they are still very much in the honeymoon phase.
‘We are having the time of our life,’ Alex gushed.
‘We are just enjoying each other; it has been amazing actually.
‘I won’t be moving to Perth any time soon, this guy will probably be moving to Melbourne,” with Richie adding:
‘Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. There are a lot of things I’ve got to tie up in Perth but I’ve got a plan in place’.
