Princess Eugenie is gearing up to wed fiancé Jack Brooksbank on Friday, and the occasion wouldn’t be complete without a little gift from grandma dearest.

Queen Elizabeth is set to gift the newlyweds a stately home, Express reports.

The Royal affair will be the second royal wedding in the UK this year, following the marriage of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, at the same venue earlier this year.

Her Majesty has made a habit of bestowing some very generous gifts onto her grandchildren following their nuptials.

Back in May, Queen Elizabeth gifted grandson Prince Harry and his new wife Meghan a house in celebration of their new life.

The pair were given York Cottage – a property in the grounds of the English country house, Sandringham House.

Following Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding back in 2011, the Queen unveiled a very impressive wedding gift to the new royal couple.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were gifted Georgian country house Anmer Hall, which is part of the Sandringham estate in Norfolk.

The couple spent the first few years of their marriage based at the residence, while Prince William worked as a pilot for the East Anglian Air Ambulance.

However, Jamie Samhan, deputy editor at Royal Central, told MarieClaire.com that Eugenie might not receive a home from her grandmother.

This is due to the royal not officially being a “working royal”, unlike her cousins William and Harry.

“They are and will be, full-time working royals for the rest of their lives,” she said of the two brothers.

“One of the perks of this is Her Majesty can justify the lavish properties she has gifted them in return for their duty to the crown.”
