Meghan Markle has opened up about her exciting new life as a princess for the very first time in a historic tell-all, revealing her secret hopes and fears as she prepares to walk down the aisle with Prince Harry.
In this world exclusive first interview, the 36-year- old has spoken candidly about how happy and in love she is with the royal – but admits she finds her fairytale new future ‘overwhelming’.
But that hasn’t held Meghan back from giving her most candid thoughts to her close friend and Suits co-star Max Topplin, who spoke to New Idea in this world exclusive.
‘I talked to her a few months ago. She was like: “This is crazy, this is so overwhelming.” She’s an actress, this isn’t what she signed up for anyway… this is like a whole new ballpark,’ Max reveals of his co-star.
‘But I know she’s really happy, I know she’s just embracing this new world for herself, and I know she loves the guy.
‘She wants to make a difference in the world. She is so wonderful when it comes to her humanitarian work. She truly does care – she’s a good person.’
Revealing how Harry and Meghan met in Toronto, where she and Max film Suits together, he says it’s uncanny to think that a chance encounter has led to this fairytale ending for Meghan.
‘It’s shocking that this all happened, and he was in Toronto and that’s where they met,’ he tells. ‘It’s just random, and now she could be a princess!’
