In just two short months, Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge will be welcoming their third child together, and the royal couple are busy preparing a nursery – and themselves – for their little one’s April due date.

But not everything is going according to plan.

Despite putting on a dazzling appearance at the BAFTA Awards in London earlier this week, Kate is still being plagued by the same morning sickness she suffered with during her pregnancies with Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

‘I think she’s found it quite challenging. It’s taken quite a toll,’ spills a royal source to US Weekly.

Luckily, Kate’s newfound friendship with Meghan Markle has proved to be a life-safer, with the Suits actress often on hand to make the Duchess a cup of tea or offer some advice.

‘She shares tips she’s read about healthy eating,’ continues the source.

‘And William does all he can to make sure Kate’s comfortable. He just wants her to feel supported.’

Luckily, when the baby arrives in April, Kate is planning to employ several extra staff to help her through those difficult first weeks, ‘mostly to help establish a sleeping routine.’

But until then, Kate and William are busying themselves preparing the nursery, with the source admitting that although Kensington Palace is equipped with 22 rooms ‘space isn’t unlimited.’

‘To make room for a baby, the pair are converting George and Charlotte’s shared playroom into a nursery.’

And as for the gender of their third child, insiders say Wills and Kate know what they’re having ‘but aren’t telling anyone.’
