Red velvet brownies are as delicious as they are pretty! Chocolate treats topped with cream cheese frosting. Yum!

Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Line a 16 x 26cm slice pan. In a bowl, stir together butter and sugar. Add vanilla and cocoa powder and mix to combine. Add the food colouring, vinegar, eggs and flour and mix well. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
2.Bake for 30 min until cooked when tested with a skewer. Allow brownie to cool before icing with Cream Cheese Frosting. Cut into squares to serve. Decorate with white chocolate curls if desired.
3.Beat 125g room temperature cream cheese and 30g softened butter until smooth. Gradually beat in ¾ cup icing sugar mixture, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and a few drops of pink food colouring. Beat until combined.
