This cocktail is a dream come true for mint slice biscuit lovers!

Ingredients

3 Mint Slice biscuits, chopped

1 shot chocolate Baileys

1 shot Creme de Cacao

1 shot Creme de Menthe

1/2 cup pure cream

1 cup ice cubes

Chocolate shavings to serve

Method

1.

Place Mint Slice pieces, chocolate Baileys, Creme de Cacao, Creme de Menthe, cream and ice cubes into blender and blitz until smooth.

Pour into two martini glasses and top with chocolate shavings to serve.
