To make a watermelon and raspberry smoothie, place 6 frozen yoghurt ice cubes in a sandwich snap-lock bag with 1/2 cup of chopped watermelon and 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries. Freeze. Just before serving transfer to a blender with 2/3 cup of coconut water and 1 tblsp pure maple syrup. Blend until smooth.Â
To make a mango, passionfruit, and pineapple smoothie, place 6 frozen yoghurt ice cubes in a sandwich snap-lock bag with 3/4 cup frozen mango (120g) and 1 tblsp passionfruit pulp. Freeze. Just before serving, transfer fruit cubes to a blender with 3/4 cup of pineapple juice. Blend until smooth.Â
To make a banana and strawberry smoothie, place 6 frozen yoghurt ice cubes in a sandwich snap-lock bag with 1 chopped banana and 125g hulled, fresh strawberries. Freeze. Just before serving, transfer to a blender with 1 tblsp honey and 3/4 apple juice. Blend until smooth.Â
