WATCH: Laurelle and Codie Lea have fiery exchange

In this week’s episode, Laurelle sits down with Nathan and Codie Lea to discuss her feelings. Taking out a letter, she reveals to them she doesn’t want to take part in the show any longer, even if that means not having a relationship with her son Nathan.

“If you don’t like who I am then don’t be in my life,” she tells them. “As of now I am walking away, and I hope you can live with the fact that your mother will not be in your life.

“I have got my bags packed and I want to go home, so I am done!”

This comes after it was revealed that Laurelle had lied during her lie detector test when asked whether she was jealous of Codie Lea and Nathan’s relationship. This infuriated Laurelle, who stormed out on the couple last week. But now she has opened up about her actions, and why she lied.

“The reason I am jealous of that is because Codie has a relationship with Nathan and
I don’t and I just lost it and walked out,” she admits through tears. “I don’t want to be here,
I want to go home.”

Of course, Nathan is still desperate to fix things with his mother as he would love for the three of them to have a good relationship.

“Still, I am here trying to do what I came here to do, to fix this family,” he says. “For her to see that Codie is a person.”

However, Laurelle doesn’t think it’s possible for things to change, which is why she has packed her bags.

“I can’t salvage this. We are just going round and round and round – nothing I can do or say will ever change the way they think about me,” she says.

“They need to learn respect. She is in his ear and there is no moving forward … I have told Nathan I can be civil ‒ that’s all you are going to get from me – but that’s not good enough for Nathan. He wants me to accept her … I have had enough.”

But will Laurelle really walk out on Nathan and Codie Lea or will she decide to stay and fix things with her son? Tune in to this week’s episodes to find out!
