We have already been given some juicy teasers for season two of Bachelor In Paradise, and we cannot wait for it to hit our tv screens.
There’s a ‘love square‘ between Richie Strahan and Rachel Gouvignon, Cass Wood and Cat Henesey that awaits us as well as the explosive moment when Richie comes face to face with Alex Nation since their split.
Being treated to the promos for the new season and all the of the new cast/contestants, however, made us think about our fave contestants from last season…
Sam Cochrane
Along with his polarising choice of hairstyle, Sam Cochrane’s cheeky behaviour lit up our screens until the closing credits. There was never a dull moment when Sam (along with his partner in crime Tara Pavlovic) was on our screens!
Tara Pavlovic
Her down to earth and humourous personality won the hearts of Australians including fellow contestant Sam Cochrane.
Unfortunately their romance was short-lived, but we still loved watching them both fall in love.
Jarrod Woodgate
After being knocked back by Australia’s sweetheart Sophie Monk, Jarrod Woodgate headed to Paradise where he eventually (after many ups and downs) won over another blonde beauty – Keira Maguire. The two are still loved up!
Keira Maguire
The aforementioned blonde beauty that eventually gave into Jarrod Woodgate’s persistent charm, there is never a dull moment when Keira Maguire is on our screens.
She won audiences over by sharing her softer side.
Ali Oetjen
She walked out of Paradise with American contestant Grant Kemp, one of the strongest couples, we had high hoped for the pais but alas, their love (which ended with plenty of drama) was not meant to be.
But you know what they say? Everything happens for a reason…and that reason took the form of Ali Oetjen giving viewers to get to know her more intimately when she was cast as Australia’s fourth Bachelorette.
Jake Ellis
The smooth talking and handsome Jake Ellis made the ladies swoon and most famously caused a love triangle between himself, Florence Moerenhout and his final (and we think true) love Megan Marx.
Though they are an on again off again couple, Jake was clearly smitten with Megan both on and off screen.
We’re still keeping our hopes up for this pair!
Being an open bisexual, Megan Marx joined Paradise and fans were expecting her to have many hearts racing on the island.
At one point, she expressed her interest in exotic beauty, Elora Murger
However, she left the show with the man who stole her heart – Jake Ellis, in the hopes of making their whirlwind romance work in the real world.
