It's become huge!

We’ve seen out fair share of bizarre baby names and trends, but this one takes the cake.

Celebrities and public alike have reportedly taken up the trend, with names like Ryan and James being used for young girls.

Kim Kardashian’s publicist and long-time friend Tracy Romulus named her first-born daughter Ryan, a name commonly regarded as a sweet option for little boys.

Following this trend, actress Blake Lively and Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds named their first daughter James.

Blake has previously said, ‘It’s a family name, and I liked having a boy’s name [myself] so I thought I’d pass it along to her.’

The Huffington Post also recently noted a spike in popularity for James as a middle, particularly for girls.
