A woman, 34, has died on-board a Los Angeles to Melbourne Qantas flight on Sunday.
A spokesperson for the airline confirmed to news.com.au that paramedics met the plane on the tarmac just before 9am, after cabin crew and two doctors worked on the deceased mid-air.
“We are very grateful for their assistance,” the spokesperson said.
The cause of the Sunshine West, Victoria, woman’s death is yet-to-be determined.
