Shock reason why Holly Madison won’t pay tribute to Hugh Hefner

The Playboy icon is dead - and Holly doesn't have anything good to say

Holly Madison refused to join in on tributes to the late Hugh Hefner because she believes he “ruined her life” and she still hasn’t forgiven him, US publication Star is sensationally reporting today.

The 37-year-old beauty, who was the Playboy founder’s former No. 1 girlfriend, allegedly recalls Hefner as a “twisted, toxic man,” the magazine sensationally claims.

“Holly knows everyone is surprised that she hasn’t made a statement about Hef, but she doesn’t feel like she owes him a thing,” says Star’s source. “People are remembering him as this great man, but he left Holly’s life in tatters. She’s not about to pretend she’s upset that Hef is gone.”

Holly claims Hef gave her Quaaludes on her first night out with him and six other girls, and expected all his girlfriends to have group sex sessions with him while wearing matching flannel PJs.

She dishes that Hef was a lousy lover. “There was zero intimacy involved. No kissing, nothing,” Holly says. “It was so brief I can’t even recall what it felt like beyond having a heavy body on top of me.”

In her 2016 memoir, Down The Rabbit Hole, Holly says Hef pitted the girls against each other, ordered them to hit the clubs and got angry if they missed the 9 p.m. curfew, and suggested Playmates get plastic surgery. Holly herself got breast implants, going from an A-cup to a D.

Holly is now married to party promoter Pasquale Rotella and they live in Las Vegas with their two children, daughter Rainbow, 4, and son Forest, 1.

“She’s never looked back… but [Hef’s] death has stirred up a lot of bad memories,” the source tells Star.

Holly has yet to respond to Star’s allegations.
