Darius Boyd’s wife Kayla has made explosive claims about her rocky marriage with the Broncos captain.
In an emotional tell-all interview with 9News Kayla revealed he was “sleeping with other people.”
Kayla said she called time on the couple’s three-year marriage after finding out about her husband’s affair.
“I’d just had enough,” she said.
“I was 100 per cent done.”
“I’m shocked that I’m sitting here talking about him and we’re still married. I don’t want to be looked at like, ‘Oh, her marriage is perfect.’ There are flaws and many cracks.”
The mother-of-one also opened up about the online backlash she’d received after telling the Courier Mail last September that the pair had had an abortion because she “wasn’t ready” to have a baby after suffering a miscarriage earlier in the year.
“I got called a murderer, a killer and that I don’t deserve the gift of life,” she said.
“People said they wished I’d never fall pregnant again.”
The tear-filled interview went to air as Boyd was warming up to take on the Melbourne Storm at AAMI park for his 250th game on Thursday night.
