The Daily Mail has reported that 20-year-old Mosman swimming teacher, Kyle James Henk Daniels, allegedly “had sexual intercourse with a seven-year-old girl eight times between October 24 and November 14, 2018.”
The shocking information was detailed in court documents obtained by the website.
The university student was arrested on March 12, when he was charged with sexually abusing two alleged victims, but prosecutors later added a further 28 charges.
Prosecutors also took out Apprehended Violence Orders on behalf of the alleged victims to prevent the young man from making contact with them.

He was released on bail on March 20 after spending a week behind bars, with a surety of $100,000 posted on the condition he reports daily to police, surrenders his passport and stays away from swimming pools.
Daniels’ lawyer said his client strongly denied the charges, and will appear before Manly Local Court on May 8.
