Two years after their high-profile split, Jodi Gordon and Braith Anasta are putting their differences aside.
The retired NRL star recently announced that he is expecting a baby with his new girlfriend Rachael Lee, and despite their tumultuous past Anasta claims the actress couldn’t be happier for the couple.
“Everything’s really smooth,” he told The Daily Telegraph.
“We’ve had no troubles.”
The FOX League commentator also revealed that his partner’s former beau had been equally as supportive.
“Rachael’s ex-husband and my ex-wife Jodi have been fine,” he said.
“They were the first to congratulate us, they know the dynamic we’ve got with the kids, they’re as excited as well, we’ve had no problems whatsoever.”
The 35-year-old continued: “We both have one of our own and now we’ve got a blended family, the four of us live together and we’re going to be adding another one to the clan so we’re really pumped.
Anasta and Gordon share three-year-old daughter Aleeia together, while Rachael is mother to seven-year-old son Addison.
The athlete announced that the happy couple were growing their brood on Instagram last month.
“Thank you for the best gift in life,” he captioned a snap of an ultrasound.
“I can’t wait for the next chapter of our lives together with our amazing family! I love you so much @rachaelleex xxxx #overthemoon #couldntbehappier.”
