TV host and actress Brooke Burke is 47 years old. She’s also the mama of four kids.
Plus, she has the rock-hard, tight and toned physique many of us dream of and she is not afraid to show it off.
Brooke posted a nearly nude shot of herself to her Instagram account this week and her fans were left open-mouthed in shock.
The post went viral almost immediately, clocking up close to 36K likes and roughly 2500 comments ranging from sheer admiration to astonishment.
The pic showed Brooke leaning against a wall wearing basically nothing at all.
She was turned sideways to protect her modesty, but otherwise her amazing body was there for all the world to see. And we’re talking ALL of it.
Yes, she wore a light pink sweatshirt, and matching wristbands (a curious addition – but okay) but the world was still treated to a hearty glimpse of side boob, her impossibly flat stomach, naked bottom and long, lean legs.
Brooke is grinning and looks to be feeling super confident, but in the comment she posted alongside the image she revealed that posing for the pic had been daunting and sharing it even more so.
“Took me a bit to get the courage to post,” she wrote.
“This female curated shoot which represents many things for me. Vulnerability, sensuality, confidence. Yaaasss we can be sexy strong and YES you can tone, sculpt & reshape your beautiful body at every age.”
Her fans loved it.
“Mother of 4…such an inspiration for all of us that age is just a number,” wrote one.
And even actress Lisa Rinna got in on the act.
“I’ll have what you’re having,” she quipped.
We’d like to do the same. Because whatever Brooke is having it is doing her the world of good. She looks stunning and like so many of her fans wrote, that’s one hell of an inspiration for the rest of us.
