Australia’s superstar chef and “My Kitchen Rules” judge, Colin Fassnidge, is a Dublin born, two-hatted, nose to tail chef and restaurateur at Four in Hand and 4Fourteen.
Besides his renowned cooking locations, he was also crowned GQ magazine’s Chef of the Year in 2013 and released his long-waited début cook-book Four Kitchens in February 2014.
Colin takes time out from his busy schedule to tell us who inspires him the most and the best advice he has ever received.

I do enjoy Asian flavours when Im not cooking
What are you passionate about?
Getting the most flavor out of food.
What is your favourite holiday destination?
In Australia I do like FNQ and Tasmania outside Oz, its got to be back to Ireland and I usually get a European trip in there as well.
Who inspires you the most?
My suppliers, ongoing talks and meetings different surprises every day.
Who would you invite to a dinner party?
Del lama, Bono, and my dad just to watch the arguments they would all have.
