While some Kmart Pie Maker fans have tried these in the past using instant custard mixes, Bonnie has used homemade custard and gluten-free shortcrust pastry for her tarts – and they look delicious!

Posting a pic of the delicious-looking pies, seen above, Bonnie writes: ‘I’m not a fan of the instant pudding so I made my own custard. It’s soo easy to make. Tarts and custard are gluten free. Best thing is the other half loves them.’

Sharing her recipes for both her gluten-free pastry and custard, Bonnie’s tarts received an amazing response from other Kmart Pie Maker fans.
