Angie Kent has broken Timm Hanly’s heart by choosing Carlin Sterritt as her winner on this season of The Bachelorette.
“This decision is so incredibly hard for me because half my heart is with Carlin and then the other half of my heart is with Timm,” Angie admitted.

In what could be the most heartbreaking farewell we’ve seen on The Bachelorette, a crying Angie told Timm that he just isn’t for her.
“I love everything that we’ve had and a piece of me is like, I can’t picture my life without you, I can’t,” she said through tears.
“I don’t want you to not be in my life.”
And while Timm maintained a straight face, it was clear he was devastated.
“I’ll be sliding the DMs,” he joked, trying to lighten the mood.
Soon after Angie confessed her love for Carlin at the Fig Tree Restaurant in Byron Bay.
She said: “I’m just gonna be honest, you’re usually not my type of guy. You’re very put together and I’m not put together. I’m not perfect.”
“I get dressed up in pretty dresses and stuff but I am a f**king mess… I’m just a bit of a grub.”
“And I don’t want the perfect guy just for everyone. I want the perfect guy for me. Because I truly have put my whole heart and soul into this.”
“Yeah, there’s no doubt in my mind now that I feel like you are the perfect guy for me. And I am completely falling in love with you.”
A happy Carlin replied: “What are you doing to me? Oh, my God. I have fallen in love with you too!”
The personal trainer then presented a ring to Angie “as a sign of [his] commitment”.
The pair later took to Instagram to announce they are together and happier than ever and to also thank fans for their support.
“It’s been wild and I put my all into it, and Carlin stuck by me,” said Angie.
She later added: “We just hope you guys are happy for us”.
