According to Who, this year’s mansion is located at Nelly’s Farm and is said to be a stunning Hamptons style house in Oxford Falls, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

The $2.3 million property is a Bachelorette‘s haven, featuring six manicured gardens, the classic fairy lights and a swimming pool.

While it might sound like accommodation of dreams, a former Bachelor producer told Yahoo that the contestants will be forced to sleep in bunk beds.

“Parts of the house are sanctioned off for crew,” said the insider.

“Certain bathrooms are sanctioned off, there’s constantly lights set up. You’re not living in a home. You’re living on a set.”

The first episode of The Bachelorette is set to air on September 24 – just one week after we find out who Matt Agnew chooses in The Bachelor finale.

A group of contestants will vie for the heart of one Angie Kent – the blonde bombshell who stole Australia’s heart on Gogglebox.

In June, exclusive pictures from the set showed the I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here star meeting all of the eligible singles.

Angie was all smiles as she was pictured receiving her suitors and may have already picked her favourites.

When Angie was announced as the new Bachelorette in March, the 29-year-old said that despite the fact she has never been in love, she saw the show as the perfect opportunity to find a “very decent fella.”

“I’ve always been the girl who loves to make everyone laugh, but now I reckon it’s time to have someone to laugh with me, rather than at me,” Angie said in a statement.

While Angie says she’s not too fussy, her perfect partner has to have a similar sense of humour!

“They have to be funny,” she told Kyle and Jackie O on April 1.

“Like, you need to be a bit quirky, a bit nuts. In a good way! I want to have a laugh. That’s my big thing.”

The new season of The Bachelorette Australia will air on Network 10 and 10 Play.
