Drinking water is a vital part of any diet as it ensures that your body is healthy and hydrated. However, most people struggle to reach their daily water quota and often attempt to infuse their water to encourage them to drink more.
One celebrity who follows this trend is supermodel Miranda Kerr, but she doesn’t just infuse her water with fruit like most people, she instead chooses to infuse her water with crystals.
Speaking to PopSugar, Miranda revealed that she had actually been gifted a drink bottle with a crystal in it for her birthday one year.
“I got these really cool bottles for my birthday that you can just refill with water, but at the bottom is a rose quartz,” she explained, “I actually have a rose quartz one and an amethyst and I use them all the time. You feel like you’re getting that little extra bit of love when you have your water.”
According to retailer Glacce, rose quartz is the stone of unconditional love and will bring nourishment, tenderness and peace.
Meanwhile amethyst is the stone of balance and protection and allows people to harness their creativity and spirituality.
