Former sitcom royalty Matthew Perry is reportedly now living a solitary life, bouncing between five-star hotel rooms and hospital beds in New York.

According to RadarOnline.com, the Friends star’s behaviour has become so troubling that those close to Perry think the ‘sober’ actor may have started drinking again.
According to the publication, the 50-year-old former Hollywood heavy-weight has been holed up in a $7,000-a-night penthouse in the Big Apple after gastrointestinal perforation surgery left him hospitalised for months.
A source told RadarOnline.com that Matthew’s isolating behaviour has friends worried he’s started drinking once again.
“He doesn’t like to be disturbed and would go into private areas of the hotel where only VIPs are allowed. He’ll order a few strong [drinks],” the insider told the publication.
“Hardly anybody recognizes him because he’s such a mess compared to what people remember. He kept to himself and would hardly leave his room until after dark except for a cigarette or a hospital appointment.”
The source continued: “He was mostly holed up in his room. When I saw him, he seemed out of it and sickly.”
We hope Matthew is just recovering from surgery and its nothing more serious!
