Lionel Richie's public fury about Scott Disick and his daughter

Lionel Richie has come to the defence of his daughter, Sofia Richie and her relationship with Scott Disick.

Lionel, who is currently appearing on the judging panel of American Idol revealed if he knew anything about Sofia, 19 and Scott, 34 being together telling US Weekly: ‘Have I been in shock?! I’m the dad, come on.’

As for if he approves of the relationship, the ‘Hello’ singer said: ‘I’m scared to death, are you kidding me?’

Sofia and Scott first began dating back in September after Scott made the news official on his Instagram story whilst on holiday in Miami.
