Lara Worthington is one hot mama!

The 31-year-old model took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse of her recent shoot for Australian fashion label Albus Lumen.

The mother-of-two appeared fresh-faced with a minimal makeup palette.

Lara – who has been married to actor Sam Worthington, 42, since 2014 – recently gave fans a rare glimpse into her relationship with her Hollywood actor husband.
