Model Jesinta Franklin (née Campbell) has been married to AFL star Buddy Franklin for over two years now, but it seems even the most genetically-blessed celebrity couples hit the occasional road bump.
The former Miss Universe Australia revealed she and husband Buddy had been forced to sleep apart for almost two weeks earlier this year because she was “very unwell”.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph on Tuesday, Jesinta admitted: “I slept in the spare room for 12 nights straight. I think that was the longest we’ve ever spent apart.”

The catwalk queen explained she steered clear of Sydney Swans star Buddy to ensure he didn’t catch her sickness and pass it on to his entire team.
“I am nowhere near as bad as that now, it’s just a little flu,” she added.
But if Jesinta is still feeling under the weather, she’s certainly hiding it well!
The 27-year-old beauty stole the show at the Moet & Chandon Imperial 150th Anniversary event in Sydney on Tuesday night.
