If you somehow missed it, tonight’s episode of Australia’s Got Talent marked the first episode of the Semi-Finals.
The auditions are officially over, meaning we’ve welcomed back the special performances that made it through the first round, and boy, were the judges (and audience) happy to see them.
ESPECIALLY 15-year-old Olina Loau from Western Sydney!
In her audition round, she received the Golden Buzzer from host Ricki-Lee, after singing “‘Never Enough’ from the Blockbuster film ‘The Greatest Showman’.
During tonight’s episode, she belted out “Listen” by Beyonce, which earned her the Golden Buzzer from guest judge Jessica Mauboy!

“I have a vested interest in this schoolgirl from Western Sydney,” Ricki told to the audience before Olina makes her way to the stage.
“I gave her my Golden Buzzer in the auditions. She has a vice that just blew me away.”
Olina’s performance was just as good as everyone expected.
“Olina – you are exquisite – you could absolutely win this competition. you a are a star!” judge Lucy Durack told her.
Nicole Scherzinger was “blown away” from her performance, Jessica Mauboy was completelly overwhelmed by the young-girls talents.
“Honestly bub you are so epic. You’re poise, like grace on stage… your infusion of your life story so far was absolutely incredible. You had me in tears. Having such control in something and power in your story is everything and you absolutely owned that bubba. Love you. You know what this is an absolute honour for me to do this but I just… WOW!” Jessica exclaimed, before giving Olina her second Golden Buzzer.
The best news? Olina made it through to the Grand-Final!
