Two very important pieces of jewellery have been missing from Meghan Markle‘s finger while on her royal tour of South Africa.
Royal fans have noticed that both her engagement ring and eternity ring have not been on the Duchess of Sussex’s hand.
Instead, Meghan has chosen to only wear her gold wedding band and a Jennifer Meyer turquoise marquise ring.
As for why the 38-year-old has ditched the sparkly accessories, a source told People that Meghan wants to be more “low key” during her engagements in South Africa.

Aside from leaving her jewellery at home while on the 10-day-tour, Meghan has been recycling dresses from her previous royal tour.
For example, she visited the District Six Museum in the same sky blue dress she wore to her visit to Tonga’s Tupou College with Prince Harry.
In addition, Meghan wore the same striped Martin Grant Maxi Dress to the British High Commissioner’s residence that she wore when she visited Bondi Beach in Australia to meet a local surfing community group dedicated to raising awareness for mental health.
At the time, Meghan was pregnant with her son Archie.

While Archie remained with the nanny for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s first engagements in Cape Town, yesterday he joined his parents in visiting the Archbishop Desmond Tutu and his daughter Thandeka Tutu-Gxashe.
“Arch meets Archie!” gushed an Instagram post on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s page: “This morning The Duke and Duchess were honoured to introduce their son Archie, to Archbishop, Desmond Tutu and his daughter, Thandeka.”
During their conversation, the 4-month-old let out a big giggle when Tutu-Gxashe laughed.
“Is that funny?” Meghan said to Archie.
“I think he knows exactly what’s going on.”
When the archbishop’s daughter joked that Archie liked her “the best”, the royal baby’s mum replied, “He likes to flirt.”
The former Suits actress also revealed her adorable nickname for baby Archie, calling the little Royal tot ‘bubba’ when he started to drool.
