Ingredients: 2 tsp ground cumin; 1½ tsp smoked paprika; 1 tsp Mexican chilli powder; 1½ tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp dried oregano; 1 tsp cornflour; ¼ tsp salt

TIP: This quantity is sufficient for 500-750g minced meat, but why not make up a larger batch to have ready for your favourite Mexican meals?

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Transfer to a snap-lock bag or sealed jar. Store in a cool, dry place with your other dried herbs and spices.
