Step 1
Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add pork mince and stir-fry, breaking mince up with a wooden spoon, for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
Step 2
Add Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute or until heated through
Step 3
Divide lettuce, mince mixture, carrot, and cucumber between bowls
Step 4
Serve topped with bean sprouts, coriander, and fresh chilli.
