Tonight’s episode of The Voice was filled with emotion as the Koi Boys and Daniel Shaw took to the stage to sing The Beatles ‘Let it Be.’
The song really meant a lot to the New Zealand native Koi Boys who connected the song to the Christchurch shootings.

“You look at the lyrics and it’s a pretty dark place in the world in light of the things that happened back home in New Zealand,” The Koi Boys member Dan revealed.
“We were actually there when it happened,” added Kevin.

“We can dedicate this song to the families and people who were affected back home,” Dan continued.
They gave a powerful performance that had everyone in tears. But, choosing someone to take through to the finals was all too much for Delta who broke down into tears and had to leave the stage.
“I just feel really unwell,” she said through tears backstage.
“I’m not sure how to have that conversation with them, I don’t want to upset them.”

After finding her composure Delta returned to the stage.
“I’m so sorry,” she apologised to the contestants before choosing Daniel to take through to the finals.
