The TV Week Logie Awards host for 2024 will be beloved Australian comedian Sam Pang.
Celebrating 64 years this year, the annual event will take place on Sunday, August 18th.
It comes as no surprise that the 50-year-old was asked to front Australian televisions night of nights again after his stand-out success as host in 2023.

As the first solo Logies host in more than 11 years, there was a lot of pressure on the Have You Been Paying Attention? star to perform, and boy did he not disappoint – especially in his opening monologue.
From his witty quips and sharp one-liners, the A-listers in the room (and those tuning in from home) were left both shocked and delighted.
And now, Australia gets to experience Sam’s unique brand of hilarity all over again!

In a statement released via Channel Seven on June 17th, Sam said he was “thrilled” to be returning to host for a second time around later this year.
“Adding to the excitement Seven has also given me the green light to try new things this year so I’m really looking forward to displaying my underappreciated and severely undeveloped song and dance skills,” the father-of-one joked.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Office of Seven West Media, Jeff Howard added that the network (which airs the annual awards night on free-to-air television) was “delighted” that Sam was on board with hosting once more.
“Sam Pang brought unabashed showbiz back to the Logies last year. He played a big part in the show drawing its biggest audience since 2017 and reaching more than 3.6 million on Channel Seven and 7Plus.”

The nominees for the upcoming 64th TV Week Logie Awards will be announced on Sunday, June 23. From there, public votes, viewing data, and an industry judging panel will all be combined to award winners in 23 awards – including the highly coveted Gold Logie.
It is important to note that the nominees for each award category are selected by a panel of independent industry experts.
