Masterchef 2018 favourite Reece Hignall has teamed up with Gelatissimo to create a bespoke flavour in their new deluxe range.
The Deluxe Range is Gelatissimo’s brand-new collection of decadent gelato flavours combining premium, locally-sourced ingredients and extra-chunky goodness in every bite.
Reece was responsible for the Golden Macadamia Blondie flavour, being released into Gelatissimo stores on September 14th.
The Masterchef favourite says of the new flavour, ‘I wanted to create a decadent, luxurious gelato that would appeal to all Aussies by combining classic flavours with local ingredients.
‘The smooth and creamy macadamia gelato forms the perfect base for the rich caramel swirls and golden blondie tossed generously through the gelato.
‘Golden Macadamia Blondie tastes great as a single scoop but even better as a double scoop combining other flavours in the range.’

Following his appearance on Masterchef, where Reece became known for his decadent and perfectly made desserts, the collaboration with Gelatissimo is a match made in heaven!
‘Gelatissimo and I share the same philosophy when it comes to fresh, artisanal desserts using natural ingredients, so it’s a pleasure to be working with them on their exciting new Deluxe Range,’ says Reece.
‘I can’t wait to share my creation with their fans around Australia.’
Other flavours in the Deluxe Range include: Wicked Double Choc Brownie, which is a milk chocolate gelato fully loaded with double choc brownie chunks made with coverture chocolate and Choc Dipped Strawberries, a strawberries and cream gelato with chunks of real strawberries, mixed with milk and white chocolate.
The first three flavours will be released in stores nationally from 14th September, with three more flavours added to the collection over coming months.
