Until tonight, they were the best of friends.
Western Australian sisters Mikaela and Eliza were the best of friends with Melbourne brothers Tim and Mat, but things have all came crumbling down over zone wars.
As the end of the first round of renovations nears, the girls helped themselves to some of the boys’ space without talking to them about it first which ignited a very tense exchange.
“An entryway is not an essential room so the boys can take what they get,” Mikaela said.
However, when the boys discovered what happened, they were not impressed.
“This is all we get, after everything we’ve done for you,” Mat said.
Tim ripped up the zoning tape, to which Eliza asked him to “relax”.
“I’m pissed off because they made me look like an asshole and I’m not an asshole,” Tim said later.
Mat added: “I felt like they were just trying to defend their actions by making us look bad.”
