According to Seven News, a buy one get one free promotion was running for customers of the bubble tea store over the weekend, which drew a crowd.

The man began to threaten the staff, who told him to leave, and in retaliation pulled an extendable baton from inside his jacket pocket before smashing cups and a computer on the counter and screaming at staff.
