Vivian Gomez – the woman whose CCTV captured that alien dobby creature stalking around her driveway has come forward and DENIED that it was her 9-year-old son Bobby being a world-class weirdo.
While all evidence points to it being Bobby, Gomez vehemently denies it while chatting to Inside Edition. She agreed that Bobby ‘likes to play around and joke around and likes to dance,’ but that she wouldn’t let her son out at night.
In conclusion? It was definitely Bobby.

The unnerving images of a mystery figure that resembles Dobby the house elf from the Harry Potter franchise has the Internet talking today, after this footage was posted online by American woman Vivian Gomez.
She says the film was captured at about 10PM outside her Colorado home, and despite the inevitable suggestions of a prank, she insists she has no idea what it is.
‘So I woke up Sunday morning and saw this on my camera and am trying to figure out…what the heck?’ she wrote on Facebook.
‘First I saw the shadow walking from my front door then I saw this thing….has anyone else seen this on their cameras?
‘The other two cameras didn’t pick it up for some reason.’
While many people think it’s a child playing a game, others have come up with wilder theories.
‘Dobby is free,’ one poster wrote, while others indulged in the usual claims of aliens, ghosts and demons.
‘They are among us,’ wrote one poster. ‘It’s clearly an alien from another planet.’
Whatever it is, it sure has some memorable moves!
