Chris Robinson has turned things around since his relationship with Sam Stanton imploded on Married At First Sight.
The 38-year-old says he has emerged from the experiment happier, healthier, and with a seriously exciting new venture up his sleeve.

And one look at these farm photos tells you everything you need to know about his transformation.
“I am doing great now that the show’s finished,” the 38-year-old tells New Idea.
“I’m just leaning into fatherhood and living my best life at the farm, back into my gym, and healthy eating and training. It’s good.”

The New South Wales farmer and gym owner was matched with Sam, and while things initially went well for the couple, they split during Homestays after Sam accused Chris of giving up on their relationship.
Since the cameras stopped rolling, Chris has thrown himself back into the life he loves – his animals, his mates, and the wide open spaces of his property just outside of Berry.

And he’s turning all that passion for the farm into a business, too.
After being flooded with messages from fans wanting a taste of farm life after seeing his property on screen, Chris has launched Wave & Willow Retreats – a mix of farm stays and three tiny homes that he has for rent on his property.
“So many people have reached out wanting to come and see the cows and the horses,” he says.
As for life after MAFS, Chris is philosophical.
He copped plenty of heat during the season but says there was a lot that never made it to air – including, he hints, some off-camera moments with Sam that painted a different picture than what viewers saw.
The two have since exchanged friendly messages while the season aired.
“After our final episode on the Commitment Ceremony, we kind of both sent each other a text saying, ‘What a ride that was. Thank you so much for coming on the journey with me, and all take care and all the best.’ So we are very amicable, which is great,” Chris shared.

A new romance isn’t on his radar right now.
“Men and love are definitely at the bottom of my list,” he laughs.
“I’m just trying to stay grounded – my friends, my family, and being a father.”
