Former MasterChef contestant Hayden Quinn has found himself in the spotlight again following his debut on this season of Dancing With The Stars.
The Aussie cook who appeared on season three of MasterChef Australia and as a judge on the cooking program Family Food Fight, posts regularly on Instagram, sharing photos of the incredible dishes he whips up.
However, every once in a while, Hayden will share an insight into his personal life with photos of his stunning partner Jax Raynor.
Hayden met Jax, an American model, in New York on New Year’s Eve in 2016.
Hayden was on holiday with friends and Jax was living in the big city at the time. “Our meeting was very by chance, all orchestrated by a close friend of ours,” Jax told Vogue Australia.
“We spent the next five days together, and by the end, we both knew that this was it. I packed up my life in New York and moved to Australia on February 1, only 32 days after we first met.”
Hayden and Jax later married in a casual beach wedding held in Nantucket, Massachusetts, in 2023.
Hayden donned a timeless black suit with a white shirt and bow tie, while Jax dazzled in a beautiful princess gown featuring delicate floral lace straps.
The two both grew up by the beach – Jax grew up by Nantucket’s Galley Beach while Hayden grew up on Sydney’s northern beaches – their wedding was inspired by their childhoods on the sand.
“The Galley was the only place I wanted to get married,” Jax told Vogue.
“We both wanted everything to feel classic and effortless, and the Galley is such a stunning venue that we only needed to enhance its already beautiful decor.”
The two didn’t technically officially announce their engagement, however, on Christmas Day in 2021, Hayden shared a video with Jax in which the two took a sip from their champagne while Jax held her dazzling ring up to the camera.
Hayden simply captioned the post, “Merry Christmas from us.”
Though the two don’t regularly talk about their relationship, they love to share photos together on their Instagram pages, especially to mark special occasions!
On December 31, 2023, exactly eight years since the day they met, Jax shared a photo alongside a caption that said, “8 years with you! 🤍.”
Hayden commented: “Yes love you xxxxxxx”
More recently, Hayden shared insight into married life with New Idea. “We’re just both of us are very, very busy with life and work,” he said.
“We just got a little puppy dog so it’s very cute. Very exciting. We love her. She’s a rescue, a Kelpie- sausage dog. A bit of a funny little mix. She’s amazing. She’s only eight months cold.”
