The pair appear to be on good terms, both still following each other on Instagram (the millennial version of an amicable split), and throughout the season, Thomassen has even been the subject of speculation over whether Cummins had already split with his winning bachelorette (which we now know obviously to not be the case because he never picked a winner...) But now an old interview has resurfaced with speculation growing that he has never gotten over his former flame.
Speaking with KIIS FM’s Kyle & Jackie O earlier in the series, Cummins dodged a question from a caller about a possible reunion with the artist - but didn't actually say no.
“That’s a beauty,” he said, adding, “well, I’d have to fly to Norway, which that would be a whole different kettle of fish. How am I going to do my work there?”
While he did go on to say he and Thomassen, have both moved on.
“No, no. I’ve had that chat and we both know we’ve moved on. But I’m excited to see where her life goes as well.”
