It’s the final countdown for Pippa Middleton, who is set to give birth any day now.
But, forget rushing to the emergency room at your local hospital, Pippa’s baby is getting the royal treatment.
Pippa is following in the royal footsteps of her big sis, the Duchess of Cambridge, when it comes to where she is giving birth.
The mum to be is expecting her first child with husband, James Matthews and will give birth in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, West London.
The Lindo Wing is the same place that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate delivered all three of their children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and little Prince Louis – and Pippa was recently seen visiting the maternity wing with James on October 2.
And anyone using the prestigious location to give birth need spare no expense on their bub’s arrival – with rooms at the Lindo Wing starting at a whopping, $11,000 a night.
While, all the rooms have the requirements of a modern hospital they are also equipped with satellite TV, a radio, bedside phone, Wi-Fi and all meals are prepared fresh on site.
Pippa announced her first pregnancy in her Waitrose column in June. And, the mum to be previously revealed in her column that she is keeping up her fitness regime throughout and is particularly enjoying swimming.
“From personal experience, I’d confidently say I find it has been the most enjoyable and rewarding form of exercise since I found out I was expecting,” she shared.
“It’s comforting to know that it’s safe throughout pregnancy, and you don’t need to adapt and change too much (unlike most other sports).”
