Despite only being born on May 6, Archie is already set to make his first overseas journey, as Meghan Markle is plans to head to New York City with the royal tot. The controversial decision comes after Meghan and husband Harry have already been accused of rocking the royal boat by alienating William and Kate (watch video below).
According to Us Weekly, Meghan is planning a trip to the United States with her son in the coming weeks and the destination is “most likely” New York City.
The Duchess previously held her baby shower in the Big Apple and it is the perfect spot to catch up with her friends and introduce them to Archie.
“As of now, the plan is for this to take place sometime over the summer,” an insider told Us Weekly.
“She’ll see her mom [Doria Ragland] and friends.”
However, with her mum based in California, Meghan could also be considering taking Archie to L.A.
“For Meghan, it’s just as important for Archie to learn about her family history as it is for him to learn about his royal ancestors,” A different source previously told the publication.
“So she plans to go on a trip to L.A. with him once she’s comfortable taking him on a plane.”
