As the world counts down to Harry and Meghan’s wedding announcement, preparations are already being made ahead of the fairytale nuptials.
Windsor Castle is currently having a major overhaul, as our exclusive pics show, with insiders revealing Meghan and Harry – who both reportedly met the Queen for tea on October 12 – will host their wedding reception in the estate grounds.
It’s believed event planners and security firms have been briefed ahead of the nuptials, and work is underway to make sure it is ready for the wedding.
‘We’re hearing that the wedding will happen just weeks after Harry and Meghan’s engagement is announced,’ a respected royal watcher tells New Idea.
‘It makes sense, therefore, that Windsor Castle is ready to host such a monumental event at a moment’s notice. That’s why all these preparations are underway.’
