Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are about to undertake their first royal tour since the birth of their son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, and Royal fans can’t wait to see the young family on their first adventure.
The trip will be a special one for the Duke of Sussex, as South Africa was a place his late mother Princess Diana visited many times, with rumours suggesting that much of the trip will be following in the Princess of Wales footsteps.

According to Town and Country magazine, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will bring a team of 13 people to accompany them and baby Archie on their African tour.
According to the publication, this does not include the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s new private secretary Fiona Mcilwham, who will join the couple for just three days.
Ms Mcilwham is about to embark on her new role with the Sussex family, having previously worked as the British Ambassador to Albania and is currently at the RCDS (Royal College of Defence Studies).
Samantha Cohen will be joining the couple in Africa as the outgoing private secretary alongside assistant private secretary, Heather Wong.
Private secretaries are there to organise the royal families working programs, as well be Meghan and Harry’s lead advisor and strategist.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s press team will also be joining the pair, as they play a key part in managing the media aspect of the royal tour. Considering the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are the most active royal couple on social media, it is no wonder that they have surrounded themselves with a stellar team, some of which they will be taking with them to Africa.
Press secretary Sara Latham will also be joining the team as well as two other press officers and one social media officer.
Clara Madden will be travelling with the Sussex fmaily as their chief project coordinator, and she’ll be accompanied by their program coordinator, a logistics coordinator, a personal assistant, and a director of royal travel.
It is not always the case that a representative from the royal travel office accompanies Meghan Markle and Prince Harry on a royal tour, but according to Town and Country the Sussex’s trip to Africa – and the subsequent logistics – requires it this time around.
Baby Archie’s nanny will also be travelling with the pair to Africa, as well as Meghan Markle’s private hairdresser.
