Tuscan Steaks with Olive Avocado Salad

A delicious steak paired with fresh summer salad that's great for a BBQ! The perfect recipe that's tasty, but oh so simple.

Method

Step 1

Make dressing. Whisk both ingredients in a jug until combined.

Step 2

Sprinkle both sides of steak with the Tuscan seasoning.

Step 3

Heat an oiled, barbecue grill plate over a high heat. Add steak. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove. Stand, loosely covered with foil, for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Meanwhile, make the salad. Place all of the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add dressing. Toss gently to combine.

Step 6

Serve steaks with salad.
