This beany salad is perfect for a healthy snack or light lunch.
Mix it up with different flavoured Corn Thins.

Step 1
Make the dressing by placing olive oil, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
Place all beans, onion and parsley in a large bowl, then add dressing and mix well. Season. Place in the fridge, covered for 2 hours for the dressing to soak into the beans for the best results.
Step 3
To serve, simply spoon bean mixture onto the Corn Thins slices for a popcorn flavoured crunch combined with a delicious beany salad.
