TIP: Chilli oil is available in the Asian section of major supermarkets or Asian grocery stores.

Combine fish sauce and sugar in a large bowl. Transfer ¼ cup to a large jug for dressing. Add oyster sauce and garlic to bowl. Stir to combine. Add beef. Turn to coat. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, add juice, chilli oil and 1 tblsp of water to dressing in jug. Stir in cucumbers. Set aside.
Pull out pan and basket from a 7-litre air fryer. Place beef steaks in basket. Slide pan and basket back into air fryer. Set temperature to 220C. Set timer and cook for 5 minutes. Turn steaks over. Set timer and cook for 4 minutes until steaks are cooked to your liking. Remove. Rest loosely covered with foil for 3 minutes. Thickly slice steaks.
Heat rice according to packet directions.
Divide rice among four, wide shallow bowls. Arrange lettuce leaves, cucumber, beef and resting juices among bowls. Scatter over onions and sesame seeds. Drizzle with dressing. Serve with lime wedges.
