A little bit boozy, completely indulgent!
TIP – Replace brandy with 1 tsp vanilla essence for a non-alcoholic version.

Microwave chocolate and â…“ cup (80ml) of the cream in a heatproof bowl on High for about 30 secs, or until chocolate is just melted. Stir until smooth and combined. Transfer to freezer for 30-40 mins, stirring a few times until thickened.
Meanwhile, combine strawberries, brandy and sugar in a bowl. Set aside for 20 mins.
Beat remaining 150ml of cream in a bowl with an electric mixer until firm peaks form. Reserve 2 heaped tbsp of whipped cream to serve. Fold chilled chocolate mixture through remaining whipped cream until combined.
Coarsely chop biscuits, reserving any fine crumbs for decorating.
Divide biscuit pieces between 2 x 250ml capacity serving glasses. Spoon chocolate mixture and strawberries over top. Decorate with meringues, reserved whipped cream and biscuit crumbs.
