Five-step Chicken Souvlaki Wraps

TIP: Short of time? Cut chicken in half and capsicum into large pieces, then cook without threading onto skewers.

Method

Step 1

Cut chicken into 2cm pieces. Place in a large bowl with oil, garlic, oregano, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

Step 2

Thread chicken onto skewers alternatively with capsicum.

Step 3

Heat a large barbecue grill plate over medium to high heat. Cook tortillas for about 1 minute on each side, or until lightly charred. Transfer to a large plate. Cover to keep warm.

Step 4

Add chicken skewers to the grill plate. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until cooked through. Remove.

Step 5

Serve skewers with tortillas, dip, and salad leaves.
